Magntek麥歌恩代理商推出的MT8552系列產(chǎn)品使用BCD工藝,芯片內(nèi)集成了霍爾感應(yīng)元件。最高使得芯片能在-40~125°C和-40~150°℃兩種不同溫度區(qū)間下24V工作電壓,在不低于15K的采樣頻率條件下,工作電流最高工作,并保持良好的性能和一致性。特別適用于對(duì)高采樣頻率1.2mA,同時(shí)具有良好的反向電壓保護(hù)能力和過(guò)保護(hù)能力,并和低功耗需要取得平衡的位置檢測(cè)需求。且具有優(yōu)良的溫度補(bǔ)償。
The MT855X family is produced by BCD technologywith both high performance and high reliability.TheHall IC internaliy includes an on-chip Hall voltagegenerator,a voltage regulator for operation withsupplyvoltageof3.0v to 24v,' temperaturecompensation circuitry, small-signal amplifier,Hall ICwithdynamic offset cancellation system, Schmitttrigger and open drain output. It also includes anclamp diode at output and reversed power supplyprotection enhances the robustness of Hall lC.
The product responds to either North pole or Southpole'magnetic fields. The output will be turned on(Low) when the magnetic flux density (B) is largerthan the operating point (BOP),and be turned off(High) when the magnetic'flux density (B) is lowerthan the releasing point(BRP).
The MT855x family provides a variety of packages tocustomers: soT-23 for surface mount and flat To-92for through-hole mount. All packages are RoHScompliant.
